The pour is a hazy gold with low carbonation. The aroma is basil, herb, with a back end of tomato, like a pizza sauce. The taste is dry herbaceous and slightly tart. The mouthfeel is light and watery. The finish is long and basil with notes of tomato and acid. I am always willing to try something new and different. Again, I would suggestion carbonation to give it more mouthfeel.
