Landshire Medium Dry Sparkling

500ml bottle. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tart apple, barnyard, leather, rubber, woody oak. Taste is tangy apple, apple skin, dry and bittersweet, with funky horseblanket, leather, oak, earthy, plus lots of drying tannin. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Very agreeable drink, with a pleasant, clean, fruity taste. Slightly carbonated, with a distinct oak and tannin aftertaste. Definitely the best from this producer so far.
