Le Pere Jules Poiré de Normandie

Clear pale gold colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate wild and funky aroma. Moderate to strong juicy pear flavor that has a hint of horse blanket. Light bodied. Moderate acidity.

Yellow colour, clear with heavy fizz. So much so the cork exploded from the bottle the moment I removed the cap. Strong pear aroma. Fruity flavour a floral finish. Lovely flavour but the carbonation is too much for me.
