Lemon Lavender

There is peace in monotony, which I differentiate from boredom. Travel is predictable. Making or breaking camp is well practiced, our roles are well defined, our goals for each day clear. There is some tension in the unknowns, whether this stretch of road will bring beast or bandit, but it too is predictable. This cider is predictable, and, good or bad, one understands what they're getting into. There is safety in that.
