Lemon Sorbet

This one definitely delivers on the lemon. Ernest Lemon Sorbet Cider has a bright, tangy citrus flavour that gives it an almost dessert-like quality, with the apple cider underneath providing a crisp backbone. It’s refreshing, lively and very easy to sip, especially when served well chilled. That said, the lemon takes centre stage from start to finish, leaving little room for the cider itself to shine. I enjoyed the freshness and distinctive character, but I found the overall balance a little one-dimensional. A fun, refreshing cider with plenty of lemon personality, but not one I’d rank among my favourites.
