Sangria

Unfortunately, this one didn’t hit the mark for me. It has a fruity, sangria-inspired character, but the sweetness is overshadowed by a surprisingly bitter taste. Instead of delivering the bright, refreshing fruitiness I expected, the bitterness lingers through the finish and makes the cider feel somewhat unbalanced. The sangria flavours are noticeable, but they don’t come together particularly well with the cider base — not unpleasant, but the bitterness takes away from the overall experience.
