The French are trying to make a Somerset cider....and they have made a pretty good job of this one. It ticks all the right boxes. It's a well made, fruity, medium, without a hint of anything very quaffable cider. Mass produced and perfect for sitting in the garden for a few hours, however there's no character or complexity to it,
