Liberty Red

Strong apple scent on popping the cap, less overwhelming apple flavor as you drink it. This is very bubbly, which I like. For the first few sips, I was trying to place what it was I disliked and then I realized it was pears. I don't really like perry, so that tracks. The first few sips also had a flavor that reminded me of Spanish ciders, but as I drank on, that faded and the drink grew on me. I probably won't purchase again, but I will finish this bottle with some cheese on toast.

Golden pour with floral aromas, Liberty Red definitely holds a red wine-inspired taste with its mix of heritage apples and Olympic Pears. Aromatic, carbonated and dry with a floral nose. Tart with a clean, crisp finish. It holds a red wine taste to it with floral and red apple notes. Another great blend of a traditional English cider.
