Light of the Moon

a little disappointed in this one. Sidra like in it's acidity and turbidity. Nice fruit, but the nose is never clear enough nor the balance good enough to make this a great cider.

This cider was aromatic. Distinct apple notes and just had a well rounded flavor. This cider was not too sweet and had the perfect carbonation. I personally feel as though this cider is pretty high quality. I am about to order a case if I can.

This has some nice characteristics. Good apples, fermented to a nice dryness with some good body. But it almost tastes like there is some sourness that has crept in adding additional acidity and not really giving a good balance.
