This is a crystal clear, pale straw yellow, crisp and very drinkable cider. Made with 5 different apples and fermented with a champagne yeast this is a very tasty, well rounded crisp but sweet cider. It tantalises all of the mouth with a lovely astringent finish.
I'm salivating.
