Deep golden honey colored pour. Still. Strong apple aroma. Bold, tannic and slightly bitter apple taste with some elements of thick sugar syrup. Can also taste a bit of tea...reminds me of earl gray.

Single varietal. Supplied in 375ml bottle. Runs about $14. Boozy in a good way, complex, and intense. It reminds me of Tieton Wind (a 16% ABV Pommeau with apple brandy). I pick up some mild vanilla & caramel notes and find it rich & earthy with a bit of a bitter finish. It seems like it has some hints of apple brandy (but it doesn’t). This one definitely won't appeal to everyone though (my husband thought it was terrible). I really liked it though!
