Medium Dry

Pale yellow, clear with mild turbidity . Light aroma of pear drop. Taste is a little sharp then a little sweet then a dry finish.

Pale Amber very sharp dry cider. I agree with a previous review ref a pear-apple mix that makes it quite tart. Refreshing but definitely leaves a lingering pear aftertaste.

Pale yellow, with an aroma which suggests pears, rather than apples, with significant skin. Sharp, candyish flavour, and carries the suggestion of a pear/apple mix, with a little skin in the finish. Drinkable, but unremarkable.
