Rich & Mellow

Golden coloured, clear with mid range fizz. A little smoke and wood in the aroma. Sharp tangy flavour with a little leather. Difficult to disagree with the rich and mellow description.

Golden colour, with an aroma of bitter herbs and a hint of smoke. Sharp, tart fruit flavour, with leather tones, becoming bitter in the aftertaste, with a woody, herbal finish. Quite complex and characterful, but it just doesn't quite work for me, though it is quite drinkable.
