Medium Dry

Amber coloured, slightly hazy and barely noticeable fizz. Aroma of apple brandy. Flavour has straw, a little toffee and some funk.

This is a lovely rich aromatic fruity cider. It has a deep golden colour with flavour to match... it's a nice mellow drink with a slight tang to it that gives it a rounded overall taste. Very nice.
