Medium Sparkling Artisan

Decent, maybe a slight bit too sweet, but alc not noticeable.

Made from a blend of 11 cider apple varieties, and cask-aged, this is a mellow, slightly sweet cider with a good fruity aroma and taste. The initial apple and cinnamon flavour gives way to a slight dryness and hint of oak in the aftertaste.

Amber coloured, clear with moderate light fizz. Fruity ripe apple aroma with hints of vanilla. Apple pie flavour with a lot of cinnamon and maybe some wood. With time and as this approaches room temperature the cinnamon mellows and it becomes richer with dried fruit.
