I like it. It's a simple cider and well made. It has good fruit aroma and flavour. There is a touch of natural sweetness from the mixed apple varieties . It's matured in oak barrels, which raises it and gives it a bit of personality.

Ruby colour, moderate fizz and clear. Rich ripe apple aroma. Flavour has caramel and a little citrus. Rich with a nice astringency.
