Medium-Sweet Sparkling

Pale, completely clear and a little too much fizz for me. Good aroma and taste with a bit of farmyard chucked in. There’s some straw in there and be happy sat on a bale in the sun drinking this!

A cracker. It's got it all. It is a full bodied cider, with great balance of sweet warm honeyed caramel and a slight funky tannin. It has a nice clear golden colour. It has the right amount of fizz for my taste. It's delicious and it gets better by the mouthful.
