A nice clear, crisp, medium cider. Made on the farm in small batches and additive & preservative free. It's everything you want in a local farm cider but it's unremarkable. That doesn't mean I wouldn't be happy to drink many more. I'd like to see a 5 or 10 liter box arrive for Christmas.
