Natural Cyder

Light golden/yellow colour, pretty fizzy with light haziness. Fresh grass aroma. Green apple flavour. Fermented in whiskey casks I don’t get any of this flavour.

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, and is matured in old whisky casks. Very pale lime-green/yellow, with an aroma of crisp apple and cut grass. The flavour is thin, with a green apple sourness, becoming sappy in the aftertaste, and carrying a hint of whiskey in the finish. I found this disappointing. It tastes raw and unfinished, and lacks either depth or character. Not recommended.
