Golden colour, lightly sparkling and light haziness. Fermented in a terracotta pot called a Qvevri. Hay and honey aroma. Apple flavour but you can taste the terracotta and it’s a bit like licking a clay pot. Which isn’t great. Long dry finish.

Comes in a wax-sealed, draw-cork 750 ml bottle. The apple juice is fermented in a terracotta pot, or quevri. Golden colour, with a lightly-perfumed aroma of apple skin. Fruity and mellow, with a slightly mineral, earthy quality. Clean, crisp cider, lacking any tannin or woodiness, which will certainly appeal to soon.
