Nottinghamshire Still Cider Medium

No depth but pleasant to drink. If drunk too chilled there would be no flavour. Delayed aftertaste.

A pale color, with a mixed fruity/funky nose. There is a noticeable, but not overpowering, funkiness in the taste. It has a pretty light body, thin but not watery. This is well made with cider apples, giving a nice balanced drink.

Golden colour, with an aroma of green apple skin. Thin, slightly sour, dry flavour, with minimal fruit. Short finish and no aftertaste. Drinkable, but unrewarding.
