Light amber, with slight haziness and moderate fizz. Aroma is quite light and floral. Quite smooth with a floral taste and a tannic finish.

Pale gold, with a fruity, somewhat floral aroma, with also a hint of hemp rope. initially a slightly buttery, smooth fruit flavour, becoming drier, with a tannic bitter edge, and a grassy finish. Quite drinkable, with an interesting, crisp, flavour palette. Not a great cider, but just different enough to be be rewarding. Obtained direct from Thirsty Farmer.
