This is rightfully called “Dry” in the world of French cidres, which often end up quite sweet. However when compared with American or English ciders, this is on the border between semi-sweet and semi-dry. Aside from that, this is a very drinkable, with enough character to keep it interesting.

Very caramel-like flavor and color. It's pretty sweet to me. Compared to some of the American ciders at the 2017 Seattle Cider Summit, it doesn't come off as dry to me.

This, like most French ciders described as dry, isn't really. I'd say semi-dry to semi-sweet. It tastes a bit commercial, but plenty tasty, apple and yeast forward. I look forward to this being available in bottles next year, hopefully in a multi pack (as currently it is only on draft in select locations in WA & OR).
