Original Blend

Great local cider I enjoyed during a break in Ghirardelli Square. Mostly dry but sweet enough with a good fruit aroma to please my palate. Would love to drink again if I found it back home in the PNW.

Clear pale colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Strong apple aroma. Moderate to strong tart green apple taste.

Their flagship cider, advertised as semi-sweet. I found it semi-dry to semi-sweet, with notes of non-specific apple with hints of lemon and floral. I liked it, but it was a bit boring, being a non-flavored cider from dessert apples.

Very drinkable! Not quite sweet but not at all bitter.
