Pacific Peach

Blackfin is from the Apple Beverage Alliance, a collaboration between Grizzly Ciderworks and Blue Mountain Cider. Not what I was expecting, but I'd call it above average. Very tart & acidic with some peach, tropical, and apricot notes. I'm not a huge tart fan, but this is still one of the better canned ciders I've had.

The peach flavour really sings out in this, more so than the Tieton Bourbon Peach, for instance. It's tarter than an actual peach, but I prefer that in a cider. Very good, the best of the 'sweet' rated ciders that I've had so far.

I would enjoy this in the summer on a boat or in the backyard on my hammock while eating a yogurt and granola.
