This cider really made my mouth wake up.
The nose is very fruity and the taste seems to match the nose.
I like that it has a nice body to the flavor and it has enough sweetness that it balances out the astringency. It is very astringent though. I was actually surprised. I usually don't care for a high level but the fruit helps balance the astringency.
Low in flavor (almost watered down tasting) and very tart....not really something I enjoyed, although plenty drinkable. Notes of apple pomace, honey, citrus (lemon), and floral.
