Pear & Chilli

Comes in a 1 Pint (568 ml) plastic carton taster pack. Pale lime-green, with an aroma of canned pear, and a slight edge of spice. Syrupy, pear drop flavour, with a growing warmth from the chilli, until the chilli dominates the finish. The pear flavour is a little too artificial for my taste, and it quickly becomes wearisome, though I like the idea of chilli in a perry, if it has been better executed. Obtained direct from Weymouth Cider.
