Hazy, golden colour, with an aroma of meadow grasses and sawdust. Sharp fruit flavour, with strongly woody aftertaste, and a slight funk in the finish. Nicely-balanced, with some complexity and depth. Enjoyable and drinkable. Good, solid medium cider.
