The pour is a very cloudy yellow. The aroma is citrus and grapefruit. It has a little note of rubber. The taste is a semi-sweet to sweet grapefruit with notes of bitter, acidic, and sour. The finish is long bitter and citrus. I enjoy this. It’s a nice bitter citrusy cider with some acid and a slight sour.
