The pour is cloudy pale orange with a lot of head (that would be the malt as this is cider and beer). The aroma is sweet honey or berry. The taste is semi dry apple malt followed by the beer bitter. The finish is medium slightly tart, apple, and then bitter, both a hop like bitter and some cranberry. It has some mouthfeel and chew to it. It’s quite complex and I like it.
