Hazy, pale, greenish-yellow, with the aroma of overripe pear and meadow grass. Buttery pear, with wood and pear skin, and a little bitterness in the finish. Pleasantly drinkable, with depth and a good flavour profile. Obtained direct from Mates Cider.
