Refraction from Isaac Cider had an English style medium sweet characteristic which I found to be very enjoyable. This is a crisp clean cider with a soft mild apple astringency. Love the slogan on its label, "Refraction, bends the taste buds faster than the speed of light" Enough said, Top job Isaac Cider, looking forward to trying others in the range.
