Rojo

This cider has a medium reddish/orange,clear pour with a light fruit aroma. There is light carbonation with apple on the pallet that finishes with a very light cherry taste. I didn’t find this sour at all.

Good! Not as sweet as the others from this cidery, but still very drinkable. Subtle tastes of cherry. Very little carbonation.

Bantam labels this “mildly sour with subtle cherry.” We did find the cherry to be subtle but wouldn’t consider this sour. Also didn’t detect the peppercorns in the ingredient list. Mild overall with a hint of cherry.

Es una cidra con buen marketing, creo que debería tener un poco más de cuerpo y ser un poco menos dulce. No está mal, pero no es una de mis preferidas.
