Rosé Cider

The pour is a hazy and slightly pinkish gold with medium effervescence. The aroma is yeast and sour. The taste is dry slightly sour and tart with some grape notes. The mouthfeel is light with some body from the carbonation. The finish is medium with some bitter and sour notes. I thought it would have more pink to the color for a rose and it’s a not extremely complex in flavors and aromas.
