The pour is a cloudy burgundy with high effervescence. The aroma is berries and slightly yeasty. The taste is a semi-dry berry with some tartness. The mouthfeel is medium, mostly from the carbonation. The finish is medium acidic and berry. I think my can refermented. This is supposed to be semi-sweet but this is semi dry and highly carbonated. Plus the can popped. As a dry berry cider, it’s pretty good but it’s supposed to be a semi-sweet berry cider.
