This is so different from any other cider I have had. There is a metallic finish with a good hint of citrus, Grapefruit, as Bushwalker stated. "Challenging' is a great description. My initial thought was...no! Too sour...but not sour, heavy but slightly..."watery". No...but...yes. I am liking it more with each mouthful, however I wouldn't like a six pack of them. If you come across it, try it. It's very different and....well...."challenging"!

Comes in a 375 ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow cider, with a sour, acrid aroma, carrying herbal tones. Flavour is citrus, particularly grapefruit, with a resinous aftertaste. Drinkable, but a little challenging. May complement a high fat cheese or a sour dessert.

Great example of a Basque cider. Widely available throughout Spain, can even be found outside if Spain if you know where to look.
