Light amber colour, moderate fizz and light cloudiness. Leather aroma. Oak and a little funk in the flavour. Light and smooth.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle, with significant sediment. Cloudy gold, with a mellow aroma of oak and leather, with a light funk edge. Sharp fruit, with light tannins in the aftertaste, and a little clay in the finish. Quite light and refreshing, with a pilsner mouth feel. Some complexity and character, making this a rewarding choice. I had it with some grana padano cheese, the nuttiness complementing the cider well.
