Dark gold. Clear and although there is quite a bit of fizz it isn’t too gassy. Aroma is of ripe apples and wood. Tastes of oak and is quite tart or sour. Deep and complex.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Pungent, fruity aroma, with woody tones. Golden-yellow in colour. Sour apple flavour, with heavy tannin and oak, and a tart, dry aftertaste. A complex, satisfying cider, which I really enjoyed. Would have given it 5 stars if it was less heavily carbonated.
