Sidra con Miel

The pour is a hazy pale gold that is slightly carbonated. The aroma is a slightly sour apple. The taste is a semi-sweet sour apple. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with some astringency. The finish is a sour and slightly acidic apple with little carbonation bubbles that pop at the end. It’s this mix of Spanish sour Sidra and sweet honey.
