This is a semi-sweet cider that seemed on the sweeter end of that category. I picked up honey notes in the aroma and flavor, with light peach and caramel and mild citrus pineapple. There is some earthiness/funk as well. The can noted smokey bacon, which I didn't really pick up on, but this has been in my refrigerator for about 8 months and not sure how long in the store. But has a nice fullness in the body, yet dries nicely in the end. A very pleasant cider, but some MLF
