Dorset Starlight

The pour is cloudy yellow and still. The aroma is earthy, sweet, with some baked apple notes. For me, the taste is sweet and I think it is because it doesn’t have much acid balance. The finish is astringent. This is not one of my favorite West Country Ciders. Overall, it is just too sweet for me. I would prefer some more acid or carbonation to balance the sweetness.

Copper coloured, slightly hazy and still. Toffee apple aroma with spice. Caramel taste with a straw finish.

Copper-coloured, still cider, with a strong cinnamon apple aroma. The flavour is a mild toffee apple, with some spice, but with a drier, straw finish. Nice, complex cider, and very drinkable.
