Made at the Hopden Brewery in Dudley, from Malvern Valley cider apples.
Golden in colour, with a fruity and floral apple aroma.
The flavour is sharp and tart, with a mild bitterness in the aftertaste, and a lingering taste of apple skin.
Well-balanced, and good quality cider, though lacking the ageing which I feel would have lifted this to the top tier.
Obtained from Hereford Cider Museum.
