Copper coloured, ever so slightly hazy and a touch too much fizz. Dried fruit aroma. Particularly plum. Biscuits in the taste. Intense and sharp from the dabinett apples!

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Made from 70% Dabinett cider apples. Rich copper colour, with an intense aroma of plum, spice, and biscuit. Rich, ripe fruit flavours, with plum and apricot tones, becoming mineral in the aftertaste, and some toast in the finish. Intense and complex, with plenty of character. Reminds me somewhat of Hawkes Urban Orchard. I would try this with a Xmas pudding or mince pies, as a seasonal treat.
