Amber colour, very light carbonation. Oaky caramel aroma. Starts quite subtle....almost like carbonated water. Then the flavours permeate into action. A sharp bitter apple flavours with large tannic hits leaving a refreshing dry sensation across the mouth. If you like dry cider this is lip smacking dry.

Love this one. Burnt orange colour, very light fizz, very earthy - you can taste the smashed apple on the farmyard with this one. It has a bite, but a subtle smoothness that’s a bit edgy to on each sip but soon melts into a lovely well crafted dry cider. Similar to Pearson’s Dry, this one, but stronger in flavour and taste. The finish is long and complex and lingers, which I like. This one has shot into my Top 10, I think. Would like to try the medium version now. Very ripe taste - very ripe - if you like a farmyard cider, with a bit of fizz and a cider to give you something to think about - this is for you. At 6%ABV, can’t complain about that either. Cheers!

Amber-coloured, with an oaky aroma, carrying a tone of farmyard funk. Crisp, dry flavour, with light oak and moderate tannin in the aftertaste. Drinkable, standard, dry Herefordshire cider, competently made, but lacking character.
