Are you making cider or wine. Looking at your label, Pinot Grigio is the first item listed. I am sorry, not a good cider! I did end up making a sangria out of the cider.

More like a wine than a cider imo. Sweet at the start, with some dryness too. Not really my cup of tea/cider.

Although the first sip or two is good, this one definitely develops that green apple Jolly Rancher sugary fake apple flavor that is often spoken of. It also tastes way sweeter than the nutrition facts say (6 grams sugar / 12oz). I found it very flavorful, yet it tasted watered down, yet it had some body to it (which also leads me to believe the sugar content is higher than listed). Weird. Notes of green apple, citrus, lime, grape, mineral, and floral. If the flavor was more "real" and it had some carbonation, I probably would have liked it. The ingredient list is also quite disappointing--hard cider, pinot grigio, water, malic acid, sugar, less than 1% natural flavor, sulfites, and sorbate.
