Dark, orangey-brown, with an aroma of pomace and resin.
Flavour of conifer resin and tar, with a little cedar wood, and perhaps menthol, in the aftertaste, and a hint of smoke and cider vinegar in the finish.
Extraordinary flavours, and intriguing complexity. Not tasted anything quite like it before! Not a sessionable cider, but certainly an experience.
