since I am not a fan of bourbon, you can add this to the list of barrel aged ciders that I don't care for, even tried a squirt of orange since I do like Bauman's Old Fashioned. Maybe it's too dry for me since pairing it with Whoppers made it better 🤷‍♀️ Reviewed on 30 Jun 2022 2 likes

This cider is aged in bourbon barrels for a year. It has a deep golden, clear pour with scents of apple and bourbon. This is a well balanced cider that used bittersweet and bitter sharp apples in the fermentation. There are flavors of oak and apple with notes of vanilla from the barrels.
