Ye Olde English

I am also having this for the first time since the early 90s and it is pretty bland. It is nothing to write home about. a bit on the sweet side but also a little watery. I am getting quite a bit of acid to it and don't think it is worth it. A few more apples in the pot might elevate it to a half decent drink.

This is a cider from my youth, but I don't think I've tasted it in nigh on 30 years! Attractive, golden colour, and a strong fruity aroma, with a little funk. The flavour is apple and citrus peel, with a little dryness, and perhaps tobacco, in the aftertaste. Unremarkable, but quite drinkable.
