6 Somewhere Amour Fou

Comes in a beautifully-shaped, bottom-heavy, 750 ml champagne bottle. Made from Binet and Petit Jaune cider apples. Amber-coloured, with a sharp, slightly ammoniacal aroma, carrying tones of wood and straw. Rich, spicy apple flavour, which lingers on the palate. Pleasant, and not over-carbonated. Good depth, though not particularly complex. Ideal with fresh bread and a ripe camembert.
