Cidre Bouche Brut

Imported by French Cider Inc. of Seattle WA. This cider underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle and was made with 7 or 8 varieties of cider apples by a 5th generation cidermaker.  Semi-dry to semi-sweet.  Clean (no funk) and no sourness, unusual for a Normany French cider.  Low tannins.  Flavorful, apple forward, and easy to drink.  Retails for $13-18 / 750ml bottle.
